Zinc-Aluminum Coating

Description

Spring Profit uses the DÖRKEN® coating system from Germany, which is a new high corrosion-resistance coating technology to replace traditional anti-corrosion surface treatment processes such as DACROMET®, hot dip galvanizing, and electroplating.

The zinc-aluminum coating is a hexavalent chromium-free compound that is made up of a mixture of zinc and aluminum flakes with an organic or inorganic adhesive agent. It may be applied via dip coating or spray coating; waste matter is easily processable and reusable, thus reducing environmental pollution, with a major advantage of eliminating the risk of fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement.

Advantage

  • Friction coefficient may be adjusted according to customer requirements
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Various color options
  • Resistance to corrosion: up to 2,000 hours (according to customer requirements)
  • Coating thickness: 8um - 30um (according to customer requirements)
